Lamborghini

Italian sports car brand Lamborghini is owned by the VW Group these days, and has used that financial security to revamp its small range to probably the best level the company has ever seen. The entry-level model is the Huracan, a V10-engined two-seater supercar that's a rival for the Ferrari 488 and the Lamborghini's sister car, the Audi R8. The car is available as a hard-top and a convertible, and there's a rear-wheel-drive edition to sit alongside the regular four-wheel-drive versions. Lamborghini made its name selling big V12 supercars, though, and the firm still produces a rear-drive monster, the Aventador. With a 6.5-litre engine and prices starting north of a quarter of a million pounds, it's gloriously outrageous.
